There's a reason for that. There's income to be made selling weight loss products.

Create a lot of content. You need to make a lot of posts on your blog because it gives you a better chance at having something you write ranked high in the search engines. As you write more content, your search engine traffic will naturally increase. Just make sure you write content that is actually useful to your target market so they will stick around and read more once they find your blog.

That brings us to the next tip. Make sure your blog is optimized for the search engines. The most important thing to worry about at this point is to set your URLs up so that they display the post titles instead of the date or a bunch of meaningless numbers and letters.
